高强度钢对焊接残余应力敏感性高,尤其耐压壳开孔焊接后残余应力分布比较复杂,其是否会对结构强度及其相关力学特性产生影响还未可知.文中运用ANSYS中的APDL语言和生死单元技术,开发了相应的焊接程序对高强度钢耐压船体开孔结构的焊接过程进行数值模拟,得出最大轴向焊接残余应力总体来说较小.该研究结果可为大型开孔焊接结构的安全计算提供理论依据.
High strength steel is sensitive to welding residual stresses.The welding residual stresses distribution of pressure shell with an opening is complicated.Whether it effects on the structural strength and its relative mechanical properties have not been known.Based on the APDL of ANSYS and life-death element technique,a computer program is developed to simulate the welding process of the high strength steel pressure shell with an opening.The numerical simulating shows the maximum axial welding residual stress on the whole is low.The results may provide a theoretical foundation for the calculation of large welding structures.
