鉴于企业网络对组织学习的影响日益深远,许多学者从不同视角对企业网络与利用性学习及探索性学习的关系进行了大量的研究。本文基于创新视角,首先分析了利用性学习与探索性学习的平衡模式,并对网络环境下两类组织学习分别作为前因、结果和调节变量的实证研究进行了分类和评价,最后讨论了进一步研究方向。
Interfirm network has profound influence on organizational learning.Accordingly,many scholars have conducted a lot of researches on the relationship between interfirm network and exploitative learning and exploratory learning.From the perspective of innovation,the balance modes of exploitative and exploratory learning are analyzed,and then the empirical researches under the network environment on the above-mentioned two kinds of learning,which are the cause,result,and moderate variable for the researches,are sorted and evaluated.And then,the further research direction of the relationship in the future is propoded.
