近年来,服务业被认为在现在的国民经济中演绎着越来越重要的角色。区域服务业发展综合评估是地方政府制定服务业政策,支持服务业发展的重要基础。本文构建了服务业综合评估指标体系,并利用层次分析法对宁波市服务业发展情况作了实证分析,发现利用该指标体系对区域服务业发展综合评估的结果同区域实际情况具有较好的一致性。

英文摘要：

Recently,it has been recognized that the service sector has take a more and more important role in today＇s economy.The evaluation of the development of service sector is the basement for the regional government to formulate the policies that support the development of its service sector.This paper constructs an index system for comprehensive evaluation of the development of service sector.And then it uses those indexes and AHP to make an empirical analysis of the service sector in Ningbo.We find that the results of the evaluation are consistent with the real facts of the city.Therefore the index system constructed in this paper,combined with AHP is good at the evaluation of the development of service sector.
