为实现STL模型的等距偏置,研究了基于面积加权平均的STL模型顶点偏置方法.利用VC++6.0,C++和OpenGL实现了上述算法的软件系统,同时利用RapWFomiX0V检测软件将文中算法生成的偏置模型与UG软件生成的偏置模型进行了比较分析.算法应用实例表明:这两种偏置模型的整体轮廓标准偏差为1.1808mm,断面上的轮廓线标准偏差为0.0228mm.
In order to realize the equidistance offset of the STL model, the vertex offset method for STL model offset based on the area weighted average was studied. The software system was implemented by using the VC++6. 0, C++ and OpenGL, and the compara-tive analysis between the offset model generated by the proposed algorithms and the UG software was done by using the RapidForm XOV software. The case study shows that the standard deviations of the contour and cross profile between the two offset models are 1. 180 8 mm and 0. 022 8 mm respectively.
