向失效磷酸基抛光液中添加氟化钠,使氟化钠与失效抛光液中Al-(3+)生成难溶的六氟合铝酸钠,生产高分子比冰晶石。结果表明,在反应温度为60℃、反应时间为40 min、n(NaF):n(Al)=1.3、静置时间为1.5 d条件下,铝脱除率为98.6%。所得冰晶石NaF与AlF_3的分子比为3.81。该生产工艺不仅能使抛光液循环利用,而且生产工艺操作简便,所得冰晶石分子比高、产率高,具有良好的应用前景。
By adding sodium fluoride in invalid phosphoric-based acid polishing solution to prepare high molecular ratio cryolite via sodium fluoride reaction with Al-(3+)from invalid phosphoric-based acid polishing solution. Results indicated that,with reaction temperature of 60 ℃,reaction time of 40 min,n( Na F) ∶ n( Al) = 1. 3,sedimentation time was 1. 5 d,aluminum removal rate was 98. 6%. The cryolite molecular ratio of NaF to AlF_3 is 3. 81. The production process not only recycled the polishing liquid,and production process is simple,cryolite has high molecular ratio and yield rate. It has good application prospect.
