以水玻璃和硝酸铝为原料,采用溶胶—沉淀法制备了Al2O3.2SiO2无定形粉体,并以该粉体为前驱体材料制备了地质聚合物材料。利用纳米粒度分析仪、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪、SEM、XRD、FTIR等对合成粉体和地聚物材料进行表征;结果表明,粉体平均粒径介于在180-400 nm间;粉体纯度较高,形貌为片层状,为无定形结构;与水玻璃反应后生成的地聚物材料7 d龄期的抗压强度可以达到25.9 MPa。
Amorphous Al2O3·2SiO2 powders were prepared by sol-precipitation method,with water-glass and aluminum nitrate ninahydrate as the starting materials.In order to examine the activity of the powders,alkali-activation tests were performed.SEM,XRD,and FTIR were used for the characterization of the powders and geopolymers products.The experimental results showed that the mean particle size of the powders was 180~400 nm,the purity of powders was higher,the powders was of the feature of stratiform and the structure of amorphous.The compressive strength of the alkali-activation products with age of 7 days could reach 25.9 MPa.
