The PAM-STAMP 2G simulation software has been adopted to make quickly die face design automobile floor in the text. By analysis of die face forming feasibility and stability of formed work piece, the reasonability of the die design has been ensured. The cycle from exploration to application of the die has been shortened. The working strength for adjusting the die has been reduced and the die design efficiency has been improved.
