为了研究初始成形温度对超高强板热成形件精度的影响规律,通过实验分析了初始成形温度和热成形件回弹、厚度、氧化皮厚度及力学性能的关系。结果表明,在实验条件下,随着初始成形温度增加,零件的力学性能先增加,在初始成形温度高于812℃后,零件的力学性能变化不大;随着初始成形温度的增加,零件的回弹量和最小厚度先减小,在初始成形温度高于812℃后,零件回弹和最小厚度变化不大;初始成形温度对氧化皮厚度影响不大。
In order to study the effect of initial forming temperature on the precision of ultra high strength plate hot forming parts, the relationships among the initial forming temperature, the springback, the thickness, the thickness of the oxide skin of hot forming parts and the mechanical properties were analyzed by experiments. The results show that under the experimental conditions, with the increase of the initial forming temperature, the mechanical properties of the parts increase fLrStly, and the mechanical properties of the parts change little after the initial forming temperature is higher than 812 ~C. With the increase of the initial forming temperature, the springbaek and the minimum thickness of the parts decrease firstly, and the springback and the minimum thickness of the parts change little after the initial forming temperature is higher than 812 ℃. The initial forming temperature has little effect on the oxide scale thickness.
