英文摘要：

With the aid of multi-task principal-agent model,this paper puts the enterprisepositive environmental behavior＇s internal and external influencing factors into the model, then deduces incentive mechanism between the government as a representative of the principal and enterprise as an agent.Through the conclusion of model,this study further refines the relationship among enterprise positive environmental behavior and its influencing factors, and builds the rolepath of them. At last, this paper provides theoretical basis for government policy making.
