The phosphoric acid of 0.5 % was used in our experiments, the preparation technique of aluminum oxide template by two-step anodic oxidation was introduced and tested with SEM. We thought that the nano-sized pore on the Al surface were governed by the competition of formation and dissolution of alumina film during the reaction process.
