采用水热法制备出了纳米片状氢氧化镍,讨论了水热反应的时间、母液的PH值对产物的形貌和结构影响。电化学性能测试表明,水热法制得纳米Ni(OH)2比普通微米级Ni(OH)2的电极反应的可逆性和电化学活性都要高。将纳米Ni(OH)2粉末掺杂到普通的球形微米Ni(OH)2粉末中,可以明显提高电极的放电容量。
Nano-scale nickel hydroxide powers were synthesized by hydrothermal synthesis method. The effects of pH initial value, hydrothermal temperature and hydrothermal time on the morphology and structure of Ni(OH)2 powder were investigated. Electrochemical performance tests testified that the nano-scale Ni(OH)2 electrode exhibited better characteristics in terms of the active-material utilization and reversibility than that of cornmen micro-scale Ni(OH)2 powders, the nano-scale composite Ni(OH)2 electrode with nano-scale Ni(OH)2 powders doped to commen micro-scale Ni(OH)2 powders had better discharge specific capacity.
