采用失重法、电化学极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱研究了谷氨酸对0.5mol/L HCl溶液中铜的缓蚀作用。试验表明,谷氨酸的缓蚀效果随其浓度的增大而增大,在用量为1mmol/L时对铜的缓蚀效率可达73.7%。加入谷氨酸导致铜电极腐蚀电位负移,抑制了铜电极的阴极电化学过程。谷氨酸的缓蚀作用随溶液的pH值变化而变化,当pH值接近其等电点时缓蚀作用最小。
The effect of glutamic aeid(GLU) on copper corrosion in an aerated 0. 5 mol/L HCl solution was studied by weight-loss measurements, potentiodynamic polarisation curves and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The inhibition efficiency (IE) increased with increasing GLU concentration and reached 73. 7% at 1 mmol/L level of GLU. Polarization studies showed that GLU rendered the negative shift of corrosion potential and suppressed the cathodic corrosion reactions.
