建立了高压共轨系统的AMESim模型,研究了预喷射对主喷射循环喷油量的影响,分析了电磁阀预紧力、控制阀杆升程、残余气隙、A孔直径、Z孔直径、控制腔容积、针阀预紧力、针阀升程和盛油槽容积等九个参数对主喷油量随着喷射间隔波动规律的影响。研究结果表明:当主喷油量基准值为60.01mm3时,喷射间隔波动量最大可达3.3mm3;电磁阀预紧力、残余气隙、A孔直径、Z孔直径、控制腔容积和盛油槽容积是影响主喷油量波动规律的关键参数;预喷射引起的压力波与其反射波在盛油槽形成叠加波,叠加波的波动形式是引起主喷油量随着喷射间隔波动并影响其波动规律的根本原因。
A high pressure common rail simulation model was established and the influence of pilot injection on main fuel injection quantity was studied.The impacts of nine main parameters of electromagnetic valve pre-tightening force,control valve lever lift,residual air gap,diameter of orifice A,diameter of orifice Z,control chamber volume,needle valve pre-tightening force,needle valve lift and delivery chamber volume on the variation law of main fuel injection quantity with different dwell time(DT)were analyzed in details.The results show that the largest fluctuation quantity is 3.3mm3 when the reference value of main injection is60.01mm3.Electromagnetic valve pre-tightening force,residual air gap,diameter of orifice A,diameter of orifice Z,control chamber volume and delivery chamber volume are the key parameters that affect main fuel injection quantity fluctuation.It is revealed that the pressure wave caused by pilot injection can overlap with its reflected wave in delivery chamber.The fluctuation form of superposition wave is the fundamental reason that causes and affects the fluctuation of main injection quantity with different DT.
