传统的液压破碎锤冲击机构包含了换向阀和主缸体,由于两者在工作中受损情况不同,更换设备时便造成了不必要的浪费,故此以虚拟样机技术为设计理念,通过catia软件,建立改进后的破碎锤液压冲击器的虚拟样机模型,使做到换向阀合主缸体两者分离,并运用catia的动态模拟功能对冲击器进行运动学仿真分析。虚拟样机技术可以减少实物模型和样机的投入,缩短产品的开发周期,有利于实现产品的最优设计或变形产品设计。
The traditional hydraulic hammer impact mechanism includes reversing valves and main cylinder body,which damaged situation is different at work and unnecessary waste may occur during replacing the damaged.Therefore virtual prototype technology is taken as the design concept,through the catia software,a virtual prototyping model for improved hammer hydraulic impactor is established to separate reversing valve and main cylinder.Then kinematic simulation analysis for the impactor is carried out by applying catia dynamic simulation.Virtual prototype technology can reduce the investment in physical model and prototype,shorten the product development cycle in order to achieve the optimal design or design for deformation product.
