空化或称为气穴是流体机械和其他工业设备中广泛存在的一种流体力学现象,尤其在泵类中更为普遍。泵的空化不仅对泵的容积率有极大的影响,也会产生气蚀等严重的破坏现象。在空化现象的研究方面,国内外已有大量的试验、理论及数值计算的相关研究。结合作者对实际遇到的泵的空化问题的研究经验和结论,阐述了泵的空化现象研究状况和空化模拟软件Pumplinx的主要功能,总结了各种研究方法及所取得的进展,也指出了一些研究动向。
Cavitation is a widespread phenomenon of a fluidis in industrial equipment.Particularly,it is more common in pumps.Cavitation of pump not only affects the volume ratio greatly,but also induces serious damage like cavitations.There are number of studies have been done by experiment,theory and numerical in abroad.The problem of pump cavitation which the writer has studied was contacted,and the phenomenon of cavitation and the software of Pumplinx were introduced.The progress of methods was summarized and some trends of research were indicated.
