A technology measuring two dimensional phase space beams emittance by computerized tomography is introduced in the paper. A series of pictures about two dimension phase space beam emittance was rebuilt by using computer simulation. The results show that the technol~y has a high measuring precision of the beam emittance that will provide a dependable parameter for beam transport theories and beam dynamic theories.
