红前期是疟原虫进入宿主的第一个时期,阻断红前期疟原虫的发育,就能够从源头上阻断疟疾的发生和传播,有效的红前期疟疾疫苗对于控制疟疾的发病及阻断疟疾的传播有着重要意义。对红前期免疫机制的深入研究对于合理的红前期亚单位疫苗的设计具有重要的指导意义,本文仅就目前疟原虫红前期适应性免疫相关机制的研究做一综述。
