针对柴油机低频周期振动控制问题,将自适应梳状滤波算法引入到柴油机振动有源隔振技术的研究中.进行了基于自适应梳状滤波有源隔振算法的理论分析,建立了基于自适应梳状滤波的柴油机有源隔振策略和控制系统,完成了有源隔振的仿真研究和台架模拟试验研究.在此基础上,针对柴油机的工作特点,提出一种宽凹口自适应梳状滤波算法,以改善控制算法的适应性和提高隔振效果.研究结果表明,这种有源隔振控制策略对柴油机振动的周期分量向基础传递有明显的控制效果.
In this paper, an adaptive comb-shaped filtered algorithm was adopted in the investigation of active vibra- tion isolation for a diesel engine. Theoretical analysis of the adaptive algorithm was conducted first. Then the con- trol strategy and control system were constructed followed by the simulation and experiments. Finally, a modified broadening notch comb-shaped filtered algorithm was presented according to the characteristics of diesel engine, so as to improve the adaptability of the control algorithm and increase the vibration isolation effect. And the experi- ments were carried out. The results show that this kind of strategy is effective for attenuating the vibration transmis- sion of a diesel engine.
