采用浸渍法制备了La2O3、Ce2O3和Co2O3等金属氧化物部分替代V2O5的氧化物-MoO3-TiO2型催化剂,并进行了理化性能和催化活性表征。结果表明:替代型催化剂的比表面积与钒型催化剂差别不大。在NH3-SCR反应中,镧型和铈型催化剂不仪低温活性较高而且NOx净化率在500℃时才开始衰减,具有最宽的活性温度窗口;钴型催化剂虽然低温活性最好,但其NOx净化率在400℃即开始衰减,导致其活性温度窗口较窄,但还是比钒型催化剂宽。此外,反应温度是影响HC和CO排放变化的主要因素,而催化剂种类对其影响较小。1×10^5 h^-1以下时,不同空速对NOx净化率影响较小;而空速达到3×10^5 h^-1时,NOx净化率显著下降。
Partial substituted V2O5 with La2O3,Ce2O3 and Co2O3,a series of V2O5-MoO3-TiO2 catalysts were prepared through a wet-impregnation method for NH3-SCR process,and the physicschemistry and catalytic performance were characterized.The results showed that specific surface areas of catalysts substituted by lanthanun,cerium and cobalt oxides were minor lower than that of V2O5-type catalyst.In NH3-SCR reaction,cerium and lanthanum-based catalyst exhibited good low-temperature activity together with high NO_x conversion until the decay at 500℃,corresponding to the widest temperature window of activity.Cobalt-based catalyst showed the best low-temperature activity and a relatively narrow window of activity,which was broader than that of V2O5-type catalyst.In addition,reaction temperature was the main influence factor on both HC and CO reductions other than the catalysts.The space velocity below 1×10^5 h^-1 had little influence on NOx conversion;whereas the NOx conversion dropped sharply when the space velocity reached 3×10^5 h^-1.
