The main target of Rough Set theory is reducing the attribute and getting the effective rules based on keeping the classifiable ability of information system. According to the Rough Set theory,an integrated algorithm based on information quantity and value reduction is proposed, and then it is used to analysis car＇s data, obtaining the core and effective rules. For the same reason this algorithm can also be applied to others area.
