对餐饮业进行细分,选取校园餐饮市场,运用回归分析方法,研究顾客满意度的影响因素,结果表明:商品质量、环境卫生、商品价格、服务、企业形象及商品项目等6个满意度自变量会显著正向影响顾客满意度。其中以服务影响最大,其次为商品质量满意度、环境卫生满意度。但是依据多元回归分析验证结果,当商品质量、环境卫生、商品价格、服务、企业形象及商品项目等6个自变量同时影响顾客满意度时,环境卫生、服务、商品价格等3个变量呈现不显著性,并且商品项目呈现显著的负向影响。
Taking school canteens as its subjects, this paper analyzes the factors that influence customer satis-faction using regression analysis. The findings suggest that product quality, sanitation, prices, services, cor-porate image and commodities items have significant impact on customer satisfaction, with services topping the list and followed by product quality and sanitation. However, a multiple regression analysis shows that, when the above six independent variables work simultaneously on customer satisfaction, three of them ( sanitation, service, commodity prices) exhibit no significant influence, and commodity items shows significant negative impact.
