目的 探讨加味升降散对过敏性哮喘豚鼠黏膜sIgA免疫功能的影响。方法 健康豚鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、地塞米松组、加味升降散组。以卵白蛋白致敏激发豚鼠制作过敏性哮喘模型,正常组、模型组以生理盐水灌胃,其余两组分别给予相应的药物干预。采用ELISA法检测BALF中sIgA含量。结果 模型组豚鼠BALF中sIgA水平较正常组显著增高;与模型组比较,加味升降散组和地塞米松组BALF中sIgA水平显著下降。结论 IgA可通过介导嗜酸粒细胞激活和脱颗粒参与过敏性哮喘的病理过程。加味升降散对哮喘豚鼠肺内黏膜sIgA高免疫状态有下调作用,可能是其治疗过敏性哮喘的免疫机制之一。
Objective.' To research the influence of Jiaweishengfiangsan Decoction(JD, 加味升降散) on mucosal sIgA immunity of allergic asthma guinea - pigs. Methods: Healthy guinea - pigs were divided into 4 groups at random. Manufactured allergic asthma guinea -pigs by ovalbumin as the animal model. After treated with JD, used enzyme linked immunosorbent assay decteing for the content of sIgA in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid. Results: Comparing with the normal group, the content of sIgA in BALF of the model group was high obviously; while comparing with the model group, the content of sIgA in BALF of the JD group and DM group was low obviously. Conclusions: SIgA may induce eosinophil activation and degranulation and this response as a pathogenic mechanism in allergic asthma. JD on allergic asthma guineapigs can inhibit the hyperimmune state sIgA immunity in lung tissue. It is possibly one of the immunologic mechanisms of the therapy on allergic asthma.
