目的研究自然周期和人工周期方案对解冻胚胎移植妊娠结局的影响。方法选择2013年1一lO月于新疆医科大学第一附属医院生殖助孕中心行体外受精胚胎移植(IVF—ET)或卵母细胞内单精子注射(ICSI)助孕治疗并行冷冻胚胎复苏移植共480个周期,其中采取自然周期方案行解冻胚胎移植的周期201个(自然周期组),人工周期方案行解冻胚胎移植的周期279个(人工周期组)。移植胚胎均为第3天的胚胎,且至少移植1枚2级以上优质胚胎,观察移植后临床妊娠情况。结果自然周期组和人工周期组年龄、不孕年限、移植胚胎数、优质胚胎数、移植日内膜厚度比较均无统计学差异(P〉0.05)。自然周期组的临床妊娠率、胚胎种植率、流产率、异位妊娠率分别为33.33%、20.40%、5.47%、2.49%,人工周期组的临床妊娠率、胚胎种植率、流产率、异位妊娠率分别为33.33%、20.30%、4.30%、0.72%,两组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论自然周期方案与人工周期方案准备子宫内膜对解冻胚胎移植的妊娠结局没有影响,应根据患者的具体情况选择适合的方案。
Objective To research the effect of natural cycle and hormonal replacement (artificial) cycle on pregnancy outcome after thawed embryo transplantation. Methods In this paper, we retrospectively analyzed 480 cycles of frozen embryos thawing cycle transplantation in our reproductive center from January 2013 to October 2013.We obtained the data from patients who accepted assisted reproduction treatment of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF-ET) or intracytoplasmic sperm microinjection (ICSI) .Of these 480 thawed embryo transfer cycles, 201 cycles took natural cycle solution and 279 took artificial cy- cle.Embryos used for transplantation were all day-3 embryos with at least one of them being a embryo a- bove grade 2 . Then we observed the clinical pregnance outcome after transplantation. Results The comparison of age, years of the infertility, embryo number, high quality embryo number, and endometrial thickness between natural cycle group and artificial cycle group has no statistical difference (P〉0.05). The clinical pregnancy rate, embryo implantation rate, abortion rate, ectopic pregnancy rate were 33%, 20.40%, 5.47%, 20.40% in natural cycle group. The clinical pregnancy rate, embryo implantation rate, abortion rate, ectopic pregnancy rate were 33.33%, 20.30%, 4.30% and 0.72% in artificial cycle group. There is also no statistically significant difference (P〉0.05) between these two groups. Conclusion Natural cycle and artificial cycle have no effect on preparing for endometrial during frozen embryo trans fer. Clinic doctors should choose a suitable solution according to specific condition of patients.
