采用现代仪器测试和恒电流充放等电化学测试手段,对包覆修饰石墨微观结构与嵌锂电化学进行分析。扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、红外光谱仪(FTIR)和x射线衍射仪(X-ray)测试表明,热处理工艺使得石墨微晶尺寸增大,微晶的有序度提高,d㈣值变大,同时包覆修饰使得石墨微粒表面形成包覆炭层,石墨表面钝化。电化学测试表明,包覆修饰减弱了充放电过程中不可逆分解反应,使锂在石墨中的嵌入电位得到改善,石墨负极中固相锂离子的扩散系数适度增大。
The microstructure and electrochemical lithium intercalation of artificial graphite granules with coating modification are analyzed with the help of SEM, FTIR, X-ray diffraction and electrochemical tests. The results show that the coating modification modification to graphite granules can make graphite microcrystal size enlarged, its ordered orientation swelled and d002 value increased. Meanwhile, the coating modification can make graphite granule surface form amorphous carbon layer, which can effectively avoid active carbon atom on the edge of graphitic layer con- tacting with electrolyte.
