以高纯Ti板作为电极基板,采用阳极氧化法和高温处理工艺制备nano-TiO_2/Ti薄膜电极。表征结果表明:nano-TiO_2属锐钛矿晶型,形貌呈现为管径均匀的纳米管阵列,管外径100nm左右,管壁厚度5nm左右。在离子液体-水混合体系([EMIM][BF_4]-H_2O)中,采用循环伏安(CV)法对所制备nano-TiO_2/Ti电极电催化还原CO_2进行性能表征发现,nano-TiO_2对CO_2的电催化还原表现出较高的催化活性,推测还原产物为HCOOH、CH_3OH等小分子有机物。
In this paper,the highly pure Ti plate was used as the electrode substrate.NanoTiO_2/Ti thin film electrode was prepared by anodic oxidation and high temperature treatment technology.X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and other physical characterization results show that nano-TiO_2 is anatase crystal,morphology is presented as a nanotube array with uniform diameter,the diameter of the tube is about 100 nm,and the wall thickness is about 5nm.In the ionic liquid water mixing system([EMIM][BF_4]-H_2O),cyclic voltammetry(CV)was used to characterize the electrocatalytic performance of nano-TiO_2/Ti electrode for electrocatalytic reduction of CO_2.The test results show that nano-TiO_2 has a high catalytic activity for electrocatalytic reduction of CO_2 presumably to HCOOH,CH_3 OH and other small molecular organic compounds.
