英文摘要：

Distributed innovation is a hot topic in the field of technological innovation in recent years.Accordingly,although some scholars have found inter-firm relationship quality between enterprises promote results and performance of distributed innovation,but also has yet to the inherent mechanism about it.From the perspective of social network,based on the theory of distributed innovation and cooperative governance,this study puts forward an analysis framework about interfirm relationship quality-distributed innovation mechanism-cooperative governance model,trying to analysis the influence of inter-firm relationship quality on cooperation mode selection of distributed innovation,then constructs a integration model which contain dynamic factors-distributed innovation mechanism and static factors-a range of technology in cooperation.Overall,it explains that the better the inter-firm relationship quality,the more the enterprise is inclined to choose the equity cooperation mode through the more improvement of the governance mechanism,and the paper hopes to provide new ideas for the following scholars on the study of the affection of inter-firm relationship character on governance model in cooperation innovation.
