尽管组织学习对于企业绩效的正向影响已获得学者普遍认同,但理论界和实务界对于组织学习影响因素及其生成机制的认识还不清晰、从企业高管团队与员工间的战略共识与组织学习之间的关系出发,引入知识共享作为中介变量,提出了信息不对称的调节作用,从而构建战略共识、知识共享、组织学习以及信息不对称的理论模型;,运用174家制造业和高祈技术企业的调研数据进行模型验证,并采用SPSS20.0软件进行数据分析。结果表明,战略共识对组织学习具有正向影响,知识共享在战略共识与组织学习之间发挥中介作用,高管团队与员工间的信息不对称削弱了战略共识对知识共享的正向影响。
The literature asserts a positive relationship between organizational leaming and performance. However, how to achieve organizational learning is not yet known clearly. In the article, we build a theoretical model con- sisting of strategic consensus, knowledge sharing, and organizational learning. We explore the relationships using data from 174 Chinese manufacturing and high-technology firms. The findings show that strategic consensus be- tween the top management team and employees contributes positively to organizational learning, and that strategic consensus has an indirect, positive relationship, via knowledge sharing, with organizational learning. Another findi- ng is that information asymmetry has weakened the positive relationship between strategic consensus and knowle- dge sharing.
