为探讨旱地高产麦田的高产潜力,在莱阳市冯格庄的旱地高产麦田(曾多次创出旱地9000 kg/hm^2以上产量)创造条件研究了补充灌水对旱地小麦生育后期旗叶衰老性状的影响。结果表明,补灌对旱地小麦旗叶衰老有一定的调节作用。随着补灌次数的增加,增大了旱地小麦的叶面积指数。在W2水平下,在灌浆的后期延缓了叶绿素含量的下降,降低了旗叶丙二醛的含量,增加了过氧化氢酶和过氧化物酶的含量,延缓了旗叶的后期衰老,并达到了高产水平9310.20 kg/hm^2。继续增加补灌次数,旗叶的SOD、CAT和POD活性增幅不大,在灌浆后期甚至有下降的趋势。在该试验条件下,W2产量最高。继续增加补灌次数,产量开始下降,甚至低于对照处理,表明通过一定农艺措施改造的旱地高产麦田有较强的蓄水保墒能力,一定程度上达到“旱地不旱”。
In order to study the potential in the dry land of high-yield winter wheat, we create conditions in dry land to study on the effects of different supplementary irrigation times on the flag leaf senescence in late growth stage at the village of Fenggezhuang, Laiyang(ever many times made above 9 000 kg/ha yield in dry land). The results showed obviously regulated the flag leaf senescence in dry land. With increasing of the times of supplementary irrigation, increased the leaf area index, on W2 level, delayed the decreasing of the content of chlorophyll, decreased the content of MDA, increased the content of the POD and CAT,delayed the senescence of the flag leaf and reached high yield level 9 310.20 kg/ha. Increased continuously the times of the supplementary irrigation, the activity of the SOD, CAT and POD had little rate of increase amplitude. In later grain filling stage, even had decreasing trend. In this treatment, the yield of W2 was the highest. Increased continuously the times of the supplementary irrigation, the yield began to decrease, even lower than CK, it showed that the dry land had much more ability of the water storage and moisture conservation by a certain agronomic measures. Reach "the dry land don't drought" on certain degree.
