采用UV—Vis光谱法研究了pH=g.28的缓冲溶液中茜素红S(ARS)·Al(Ⅲ)配合物与牛血清蛋白(BSA)的结合反应.研究发现,ARS—Al(Ⅲ)一BSA的最大吸收波长为510nm,比ARS红移82nm,比ARS—BSA红移75nm,比ARS—Al(Ⅲ)配合物红移74nm.ARS—Al(Ⅲ)一BSA三元配合物的结合比为nARS:nA(Ⅲ):nBSA=6:4:1,物质的量吸光系数ε为2.65×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1,ARS—Al(Ⅲ)配合物与BSA作用的条件平衡常数K为8.80×10^8L·mol^-1.ARS—Al(Ⅲ)配合物与BSA之间的作用力主要为配位键和电荷力.
The interaction of alizarin red S (ARS) -aluminum ( Ⅲ ) complex with albumin bovine scrum (BSA) was investigated by UV-V is spectrophotometric method in acidity buffer solution with pH of 4. 28. It is indicated that ARS-Al( Ⅲ)-BSA is a red color coordination compound possessing the maximum absorption of 510 nm with red shift of 82 nm, 75 nm and 74 nm compared to ARS, ARS-BSA and ARS-Al(Ⅲ) complex respectively. Its amount absorptivity coefficient is 2. 65 × 10^4 L·mol^-1 · cm^-1, and its combination proportion is defined as nARS : nAI(Ⅲ) : nBSA = 6 : 4 : 1. Condition equilibrium constant of reaction of ARS-Al(m) with BSA is 8.80 ×10^8 L^-1 mol^-1. The combined action between BSA and ARS-Al(Ⅲ) is the coordinate bond and electrostatic force.
