使用近红外光谱法对不同的造纸木材原料进行了快速分类与评价。先对原料的近红外光谱数据进行二阶导数处理,再利用主成分分析法对二阶导数光谱数据进行信息的压缩和提取,选择了第1和第3主成分可以获得较好地分类效果,可较好地区分马尾松、杨木和桉木等不同的木材原料。该方法可望用作造纸用材的育种和培育过程的原料快速选择和分析。
The classification of different wood materials for papermaking based on the near-infrared reflectance spectroscopy (NIR) was studied. The NIR spectra data of wood meal was transformed into second-derivative mode. In order to compress and extract the information used in the classification, the principal component analysis was used to analyze the data of second-derivative mode. The first and third principal components were chose to discriminate the different materials through comparison. The results showed that the species of masson's pine, populus and eucalypts were well discriminated. The method can be used in the rapid selection and analysis of wood materials during the breeding and cultivating process.
