巨磁电阻电流互感器作为一种新型有源电子式电流互感器,在实用化过程中所面临的关键问题是长期稳定与可靠运行水平的提高。文中提出了一种智能化巨磁电阻直流电流互感器的实现方法,首先在高压侧电路中嵌入自校准模块,实现巨磁电阻传感器输入输出特性的在线校准;针对输入输出特性中表现出的非线性问题,提出了自校正算法;最后提出了高压侧电路的自诊断方法,通过备用单片机的嵌入改善了高压侧电路的可靠运行水平。测试结果表明,自校准、自校正及自诊断等智能化方法的性能达到了设计要求,有助于改善巨磁电阻直流电流互感器的长期可靠运行水平。
The improvement of stable and reliable operation of giant magneto-resistance (GMR) based active electronic current transformer is one of key problems. An intelligent GMR based DC current transformer is designed. A self-calibration module, which realizes the on-line calibration of GMR sensor, is designed and embedded in the high-voltage side circuit. Then, the self- modification method, which is utilized to solve the non-linear problem of GMR sensor, is proposed. Finally, the self-diagnosis method of the high-voltage side circuit is introduced, and the backup microcontroller is used to improve reliability. The performance of the intelligence method is verified by testing results. The stable and reliable operation of the GMR based DC current transformer is improved significantly.
