为实现碳纳米管在环氧树脂中的无溶剂超声波分散,利用改进后的超声波设备研究了无溶剂时工艺条件对碳纳米管分散效果的影响。借助透射电子显微镜和紫外分光光度计对碳纳米管分散结果进行表征。结果表明:超声处理物料量超过设备处理能力范围会使碳纳米管的分散效果变差;提高超声波功率,碳纳米管的分散效果变好,但过高功率会导致换能器过热损坏;延长超声处理时间,碳纳米管的分散效果提高,但时间过长会将碳纳米管打断,破坏其性能。
Improved ultrasonic device was used to disperse carbon nanotubes into epoxy resin using solvent-free ultrasonic method to study the influence of ultrasonic process conditions on dispersion of carbon nanotubes. The dispersion of carbon nanotubes was characterized using transmission electron microscope and UV spectrophotometcr. The results showed that the dispersion of carbon nanotubes became bad when the amount of materials exceeded the capacity of the ultrasonic device;The dispersion of carbon nanotubes increased with the ultrasonic power,however,the transducer would be damaged if the ultrasonic power was too high,which would cause overheating of the transducer;the dispersion of carbon nanotubes increased with the ultrasonic time,however,the carbon nanotubes would be cut off if the ultrasonic time was too long.
