采用微层挤出工艺制备了9、81层PVC片材,采用热重分析法考察了其热稳定性,采用热烘箱法考察了其增塑剂迁移变化率,采用差示扫描量热法考察了其玻璃化转变温度.结果表明:与普通PVC片材相比,经过微层挤出后的PVC片材的热稳定性与玻璃化转变温度提高,增塑剂迁移变化率下降.
The 9-layer, 81-layer PVC sheets were prepared by microlayer extrusion process. Heat stability, of the sheets was investigated by thermogravimetric analysis, migration of plasticizer was investigated by oven test, and glass transition temperature was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry. The results show that compared with ordinary PVC sheets, the microlayer-extruded PVC sheets increased heat stability and glass transition temperature, decreased migration of plasticizer.
