采用CaCl2-CaF2熔盐体系,氧化钙为原料,液态铝作阴极,成功制备了铝钙合金,利用循环伏安法重点研究了CaCl2-CaF2体系以及添加氧化钙后体系的电化学行为过程.结果表明,在CaCl2-CaF2体系中,除了在阴阳极上分别产生钙和氯气外,还生成了中间产物CaC2;向该体系添加少量氧化钙后,O2-放电生成CO2并起到去极化作用.采用电位控制法监控反电动势的变化研究并测得了氧化钙的加料周期为20 min。
Al-Ca alloy was successfully prepared in CaCl2-CaF2 molten salt system with CaO as raw materials and liquid aluminum as cathode.The electrochemical behavior of CaCl2-CaF2 system and CaCl2CaF2-CaO system were investigated by cyclic voltammetry.The results show that the intermediate product CaC2is produced in CaCl2-CaF2 system with carbon as electrode besides that chlorine gas is produced at anode and calcium is produced at cathode.Upon adding CaO into CaCl2-CaF2 system,O2-discharges to generate CO2 for depolarization.Lasting for about 20 min,the feeding period of CaO is determined by monitoring variation of back electromotive force through potential control method.
