研究了以氧化锂为原料真空铝热还原法制备金属锂的工艺过程。通过设计正交实验,分别研究了还原时间、还原温度、还原剂的加入量以及还原剂的粒度活性对金属锂还原率的影响。研究表明,通过正交实验综合分析得到最佳的实验条件及参数为:温度控制在1170℃,还原时间控制在5 h以内,还原剂粒度为100目,铝粉过量15%。回收率随着还原温度的升高和还原时间的延长而提高,在还原温度为1170℃条件下,还原时间为3 h,100目还原剂过量15%的条件下,回收率最高达到了92.2%。
A novel technique was developed to extract lithium from Lithia (Li2O) by vacuum aluminothemaic reduction. The impact of the extraction conditions including but not limited to the reduction temperature and time, type, grain size, and activity of reductant, and energy consumption, on the reduction rate of Li-metal was evaluated via orthogonal experiment design.The preliminary results show that the gain size of excess AI powder, the reduction temperature and time strongly affect the recovery rate of Li. For instance, as the reduction temperature and time increased in the allowable range, the recovery rate of Li rapidly increased. Under the optimized conditions:with 15% excess, 100-mesh A1 powder, and reduced at 1170℃ for 3 h,the recovery rate of Li was estimated to 92.2%.
