以Al(NO3)3·9H2O和(NH4)6H2W12O40·7.5H2O为原料,柠檬酸为螯合剂,采用溶胶凝胶法合成了Al2(WO4)3固体电解质,通过添加ZnO烧结助剂来改善固体电解质的烧结和电化学性能。利用X射线衍射技术(XRD)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、电化学交流阻抗法(EIS)对样品的晶体结构和电化学性能进行表征。实验表明:与未添加烧结助剂的Al2(WO4)3相比,烧结助剂ZnO的加入,有利于降低Al2(WO4)3的烧结温度,同时提高材料的致密性;当烧结助剂ZnO的加入量为0.5wt.%时,固体电解质Al2(WO4)3的致密性最高;且在800℃测试温度下测得的电导率最高为4.59×10-4S·cm-1,是不添加烧结助剂ZnO时的1.1倍,有效提高了Al2(WO4)3的导电性能;采用稳态电流法测得其在700℃时在不同的施加电压下的Al3+离子迁移数,其值均在0.96以上,说明Al2(WO4)3主要的传导离子为Al3+,电子传导可以忽略不计。
Al2(WO4)3was synthesised by sol-gel method with Al(NO3)3·9H2O and(NH4)6H2W12O40·7.5H2O as raw materials.Citric acid wasused as chelating agent.ZnO was added as sintering additives to improve the sintering behaviors and electrochemical properties of the solidelectrolytes.The crystal structure and electrical properties of the samples was characterized using X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electronmicroscopy(SEM),electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).Compared with the Al2(WO4)3without addition of ZnO,the additionof ZnO can reduce the sintering temperature of Al2(WO4)3and improve the material density.The sample added with0.5wt%ZnO has thehighest density and the highest conductivity(4.59×10-4S·cm-1)at800℃,which is twice as the sample without ZnO addition.The addition ofZnO effectively improve the conductivity of Al2(WO4)3.The ion transport number measured using the steady-state current method is above0.96at700℃under different applied voltages,indicating that the main conduction ion of Al2(WO4)3is Al3+and the electron conduction isnegligible.
