英文摘要：

With the booming of voluntary service in China,the investigation of college volunteer service goes through three periods,which includes its function,value,institutional management and other studies of different aspect.Although the result of the investigation are fruitful,the research of voluntary service,especially the theory and principles,lag behind actions compared to the prosperous voluntary industry.It is a serious question we should think over how to make up for the disadvantages in theory and in skill and find an appropriate way to discuss the problem in a positively micro standpoint or a more concrete one.
