在分析传统混凝土两相复合材料弹性模量计算模型的基础上,考虑再生骨料中老旧砂浆含量的影响,分析水泥砂浆的体积与新天然骨料体积分数、再生骨料体积分数和再生骨料替代率之间的关系,建立预测再生混凝土弹性模量的三相复合材料模型。开展了不同龄期下不同骨料替代率再生混凝土弹性模量测试的试验研究,并采用所建立的各个复合材料模型与试验结果进行对比分析,建议了最适合再生混凝土弹性模量计算的复合材料模型,给出了随龄期变化时再生混凝土弹性模量的变化规律。
Based on the existing traditional two-phase model of elastic modulus for two-phase composites, and considering the influence of the residual mortar (RM) in recycled aggregate, the relationships between total mortar volume, the volume fraction of natural aggregate and recycled aggregate and the aggregate replacement ratio were analyzed. A three-phase model for predicting the elastic modulus of RAC was established. Experimental work for the elastic modulus of recycled aggregate concrete at different ages was carried out. The suggested composite models have been applied to predict the elastic modulus of RAC .The models likely to yield the lowest number of errors were sought and some suggestions were made accordingly.
