为了抑制或延缓路面裂缝的产生,减少车辙的发生,防止雨水下渗,减轻下面层混合料的水损害及基层软化,对玻纤布、聚脂浸胶热压布、大格栅、小格栅4种土工合成材料在沥青面层中的应用进行了双层车辙试验、改良抗剪切试验、拉伸试验和疲劳破坏试验.试验结果表明:4种土工合成材料均能提高混合料的抗车辙能力,考虑到施工方便及材料应用性能的稳定性,建议采用土工布预防车辙病害;4种土工合成材料均能有效延缓路面疲劳裂缝的产生,土工布作用明显优于土工格栅;在防水损害方面,从材料结构组成定性分析可知,土工布浸透沥青后可起到防水卷材的作用,能有效降低水的渗透.
