用户体验是影响社会化推荐服务的重要因素,对这一服务进行改善,需要从用户的角度进行分析,构建用户体验模型,并使用定量研究的方法对其进行验证。结合社会化网络平台的特征,在TAM的基础上,加入了感知交互性的维度,并从服务提供和用户关系两个角度对这一问题进行研究,最终得到了社会化推荐服务中的用户体验模型,并为社会化推荐服务的质量改善提供了依据。
User Experience is one of the influencing factors affecting social recommendation services. To improve the service quality, it is necessary to build models of user experience as well as to verify it quantitatively. Taking the characteristics of social network into consideration, this paper added perceived interaction to TAM model, and then analyzed this improved model from the perspectives of service-supplying and user-relationships. Finally, the models of user experience in social recommendation services were built, thus helping to improve the quality of the services.
