基于对数字图书馆社区用户知识交流与交互需求的分析,提出基于用户满意的评价模型;通过用户调研进行满意度调查,运用相关分析与主成分分析等方法研究模型中变量之间的相关性及其对用户满意的影响程度。
Based on the analysis of users' need for knowledge exchange and interaction of the digital library community, this article puts forward the evaluation model of user satisfaction, and studies the correlation between variables of the model and their impacts on user satisfaction through a satisfaction survey with the methods of correlation analysis and principal component analysis, thus making efforts to improve such services.
