This article explores factors affecting M-commerce technology adoption of logistics enterprises based on the stakeholders intervention situation.The external key stakeholders intervention are divided into government,the members of the supply chain,competitor intervention.Then we construct a M-commerce technology adoption conceptual mode of lo-gistics enterprises by theoretical derivation approach in order to support the follow-up research .
