以HY公司移动分销技术采纳案例为背景,探索建立了融人中间商采纳情境的制造企业移动分销技术用户采纳模型,研究了影响移动分销技术用户采纳意向的主要因素,并采用统计分析和案例研究方法,对模型内在机制进行了实证研究。研究结果表明,移动分销技术最终用户采纳意愿受渠道中间商采纳意愿的正向影响,而中间商采纳意向源于对技术价值和组织资源状况的综合感知。
In the context of HY' s implementation of mobile distribution technology, this paper is aimed at studying factors on manufacturing enterprise m-commerce user' s adoption with the intervention of channel intermediaries. An empirical study is performed by statistical analysis and case study. The results show that consumers' adoption of m-commerce would be affected by the involvement of channel intermediaries, channel intermediaries' adoption come from the comprehensive perception of technical value and organizational resources.
