[目的/意义]随着云计算应用的进一步开展,爆发了众多的云安全事故,安全已经成为阻碍云计算发展的关键因素。云环境下国家学术信息资源的开放性、共享性等特征,使其安全问题的复杂性更加突出。云环境下国家学术信息资源建设涉及主体众多,结构复杂、规模庞大,一旦遭到攻击将使国家以及用户蒙受巨大损失。因此,迫切需要进行国家学术信息资源安全保障体系构建研究。[方法/过程]将全面质量管理理论应用于云环境下国家学术信息资源安全全面保障体系的研究,基于戴明环(PDCA)的规划、实施、控制、改进循环提出了云环境下国家学术信息资源安全全面保障体系架构。[结果/结论]通过构建云环境下国家学术信息资源安全全面保障体系,以期为优化云环境下国家学术信息资源安全管理,保障云环境下国家学术信息资源安全的全过程实施提供参考。
[ Purpose/Significance] With the further development of cloud computing application, numerous cloud security incidents have broken out, and security has become a key obstacle for the development of cloud computing. Due to the characteristics of national academ- ic information resources in cloud environment such as openness, sharing, and so on, the complexity of the security issues have become more prominent. National academic information resources construction in cloud environment involves many subjects, complex structure, and large scale, and provides vast users with cloud services on the basis of academic information resources integration. Once the attack oc- curs, the country and the users will suffer huge losses. Therefore, there is an urgent need to study the construction of a comprehensive se- curity system of national academic information resource safety in cloud environment. [ Method/Process] The paper applies the TQM theory to study construction of comprehensive security system of national academic information resource safety in cloud environment, Based on the Deming circle (PDCA), the paper puts forward comprehensive security system of national academic information resource safety con- struction in cloud environment from the cycle of planning, implementation, control and improvement. [ Result/Conclusion ] Through building the comprehensive security system of national academic information resource safety construction in cloud environment, the paper can provide references for optimizing the safety management of national academic information resources under the cloud environment and safeguarding the whole process implementation of national academic information resources safety.
