基于某打磨小车的结构特点,建立了其动力学模型,通过Matlab软件模拟不同磨耗状态固定辙又垂向冲击,作为打磨小车模型的外部激扰输入,分析不同磨耗状态辙叉垂向冲击对打磨小车通过道岔的运行安全性的影响.结果表明:辙叉磨耗程度越严重,打磨小车过岔安全性越低;在同一速度顺向过岔时,通过辙叉叉心一侧车轮动力学指标较大;通过辙叉严重磨耗的道岔时,其动力学指标均超限.为确保打磨小车的安全性和打磨效率,在辙叉磨耗严重的道岔区域,必须严格控制打磨小车的作业速度.
In view of structural characteristics of the grinding trolley, a dynamics model is estab- lished. The different frog wear profiles' vertical impacts are simulated as the external excitation of the grinding trolley model by Matlab program. The influences of different frog wear profiles ' vertical impacts on turnout safety performances of the grinding trolley are analyzed. The result shows that the more the frog wear loses, the lower the turnout security of the grinding trolley is. When the grinding trolley goes forward the turnout at the same speed,the dynamics index of the wheel through the frog center is larger. When the grinding trolley runs through the severe wear frog turnout,all the dynamic indicators are overrun. In order to ensure the safety and grinding ef- ficiency of the grinding trolley, the operation speed of the grinding trolley must be strictly con- trolled in the seriously abraded frog turnout area.
