Farmland water conservancy construction is an important toundation to guarantee tood production and agricultural development, especially the serious engineering water shortage and the frequent occurrences ot nooos and droughts in Yunnan province. The empirical results show that there are many problems in the process of the farmland water conservancy supply in Yunnan province and states or cities, for example, the problem of insufficient investment funds ,the supply efficiency of farmland water conservancy is very low .the input and output efficiency of farmland water conservancy tend to be invalid in most states or cities, as a whole the farmland water conservancy supply in Yunnan province is inefficient, in view of this ,from increasing the investment scale and improving the supply efficiency to improve the overall supply efficiency of the farmland water conservancy in Yunnan province.
