建立了基本型脉管制冷机的三维物理和数学模型,在可压缩流动程序的基础上,开发了基本型脉管制冷机的三维非稳态可压缩交变流动与传热耦合计算的数值模拟计算程序。考察了截面平均参数在一个周期内随时间的变化情况,详细分析了脉管内的流场和温度场以及其他各主要参数的变化,对脉管制冷机的工作过程和制冷机理有了进一步的了解和认识,为脉管制冷机的结构改进和实用化奠定了一定的基础。
Three-dimensional physical and numerical model of the pulse tube and heat exchangers in the basic pulse tube refrigerator (PTR) was set up in this paper. The compressible and oscillating fluid flow and heat transfer phenomenon in the pulse tube was numerically investigated using a self-developed code. Some cross-section average parameters waves etc during one cycle were revealed. The the pulse tube were also analyzed in detail for variations such as velocity, temperature and pressure variations of velocity and temperature distributions in the further understanding of the working process and refrigeration mechanism of PTR.
