采用PC B技术对质子交换膜燃料电池阴极扩散层与集流板之间的电流密度分布及电位分布进行了实验研究,研究了不同电池工作电压下的电流密度分布和电位分布,结果表明,电位分布并不是均匀分布,而是有一定的分布特点。另外,电流密度的分布与电位分布并不具有一致性,这说明在质子交换膜燃料电池的研究中,电位分布的研究也可能成为一种判断电池性能好坏的标准,并有可能与电池极化曲线、电流密度分布一起成为确定电池工作状况的标准。
The current density distribution and the potential distribution on the surface of cathode diffusion layer of proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC) were measured by PCB technology,and the current density distribution and potential distribution were studied under different cell voltages.The results show that the potential distribution presents certain patterns instead of uniform distribution.In addition,the current density distribution and the potential distribution do not mach each other.This indicates that the potential distribution is likely to be another important factor to estimate the performance of PEMFC and it can be used to identify the working condition of PEMFC associated with the current density distribution and the polarization curve of fuel cell.
