Agricultural information system is an important part of modem agriculture, and plays a significant role in improving the efficiency of agricultural production. However, at present, there are many hidden dangers in agricultural information system. This article analyzes most of agricultural information system, generalizes the common security issues of agricultural information system, and gives some methods and ways to prevent it. In this way, the agricultural information system can provide and guarantee a higher quality of service with the use of prevention measures.
