在省调自动电压控制(AVC)主站中,将梯级电站集控中心作为一电厂侧AVC子站,后者根据前者的高压母线电压目标值自动调整各电站、各机纽无功出力,前者则将各梯级电站分别作为优化协调单元。同时,提出了省调、地调、直控变电站以及电厂侧AVC系统的功能职责及其之间的相互协调方案以实现省地一体化AVC系统的闭环运行。利用所提出的计及梯级电站的省地一体化AVC系统实现方案离线对四川电网多种运行方式进行了仿真计算.结果表明.所提方案可降低网络损耗.具有工程适用性。
As an AVC (Automatic Voltage Control) slave station of the provincial AVC master station,the control center of cascade hydropower stations adjusts the reactive power output of every station or generator set according to the reference HV bus voltage,which are treated by the master station as the optimal coordination units. The AVC functional responsibilities of the provincial center,regional center,directly controlled substations,cascade hydropower stations and power plants are described and the coordination scheme is designed to implement the closed-loop operation of the integrative AVC system. Off-line simulation for Sichuan power grid under different operating conditions shows that the proposed scheme reduces power loss and is applicable for projects.
